Great variety of desserts from pancakes, waffles and also bubble tea!! We had a lovely and will definitely come back again

The dessert shop had a nice selection, and everything we tried was tasty and well-prepared. The presentation was good, and the flavors were enjoyable, but nothing really stood out as exceptional. It’s a pleasant spot for a sweet treat, but there wasn’t a “wow” factor that made it feel unique or memorable. Still, it’s a good option for a casual dessert, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Worth a visit if you’re in the area, but don’t expect anything out of the ordinary.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently visited Buttermilk Cafe and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax. We tried the waffle and crepes, and both were fantastic . The waffle was perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The crepes were thin, delicate, and filled with delicious ingredients. The coffee was also excellent, rich and smooth, complementing our meal perfectly. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, Buttermilk Cafe is a charming place with great food and a lovely ambiance. We’ll definitely be returning for more!

Quiet cafe. Not crowded or seats crammed together so good place for friends or working. Bright & sunny cafe. Not a huge range of food but cheapest cafe in GX for a hot drink & pastry £4.50 morning offer. The German lady who works there part time is so lovely & makes a real effort to make each visit a lovely experience & is a real asset. Also sells ice cream by the cone & does milkshakes .Good wifi for home working & quieter than other local cafes & comfy seating. Free 1 hour on road parking in road behind or local pay & display carparks nearby. A very short walk 2 mins from Ethorpe Hotel on way to Gerrards Cross train station & a bus stop outside. Pram, wheelchair & Dog friendly as well. Disabled access toilet as well.

Went in the morning!! CRAZY WAFFLES highly recommend in the morning for a nice baguette and some warm comforting coffee. The vibe was immaculate and really calm peaceful music and comforting colours. Took my family and parents there the next day and my 4 children love it. A true blessing on gerrards cross

Really glad Buttermilk Cafe & Desserts Bar opened up nearby — it’s such a great addition to the area. The staff are genuinely friendly and make you feel at home, and the atmosphere is always relaxed and welcoming. There’s a wide variety on the menu and they’re always adding new things. Perfect spot for a morning coffee, an afternoon bite, or an evening treat.

Great desserts, great atmosphere and beautifully decorated. I thoroughly enjoyed this little gem and will definitely come again. It's clean and a great value for money. We left with a smile :)
